I am just saying as an adult here, it does not look to mature to come to a recipe site and see all these complaints about how someone talks or types. I mean, I personally cannot stand when people say ya’ll.. it is pronounced you all..but I do not complain about it when they type it..! I mean come on now we have only one U.S English Language here and last I checked, ya’ll was not in the dictionary either…! I come to this site hoping to find some nice recipe’s to try out and this one does look like a nice one to try for a summer time lunch for my children. Pizza dough cannot be that hard to work with fitting into a cupcake tin. At least not much different than pie crust making mini pies. As far as the crispiness and what the picture looks like, it looks just fine also, some people like their pizzas “done” not doughy, some people like them thin and crispy and that picture is not burnt. So please do not come to this or any other site complaining so much about recipes that people are so nice to share with others, I mean if it turns out okay then if not move on to the next. Not all my cooking turns out like the food networks but I do not put them down for my cooking mess up’s..!

I tried making these, they eventually worked out and were delicious, but the frickin’ pizza dough HATED ME! It was so hard to work with and it wouldn’t fit right in the tins! I had to keep fixing them!

yes you can use the mini pans and you can also use biscuits out of a can….smash them and press into muffin tins

I don’t know who baked the pizza cupcakes featured in that picture, but they burned the heck out of them.
