Oh the Bieber craze! I turned some simple ingredients into a killer Bieber Boyfriend Pop Star Berry Blast Ice Cream.

And with that began what one can only call my greatest money making endeavors of all time. For a small fee plus the cost of transportation, my ticket, and snacks I provided the service that so many of my friends were apparently dying for.
From years of teaching junior high one of the gifts (I guess you could call it a gift) that I received was the ability to filter out screaming tween and teenage girls. And boy do they scream. A lot. Especially at a live concert. And yet somehow I’ve become numb to that sound, it’s almost like it’s on a sound wave length that I don’t hear.
I have seen Miley Cyrus in concert, seen her Hannah Montana movie 14 times, seen the Jonas Brothers, and of course I have seen the Biebs. Both in concert and at the movies. While I personally am not a Bieber fan I will defend the singer in saying after seeing his movie 11 times the boy really does have talent and he really knows how to work You Tube to his advantage.
He also makes the tweens/teens go crazy. Jumping up and down, screaming, crying, Bieber loving frenzy crazy. While I never actually heard them, as my special hearing doesn’t allow that, I did see lots of girls and one very enthusiastic 14 year old boy mouthing “I love you Justin you are the greatest”. Some may argue he is not. He is, however, the easiest way I ever figured out how to get beer money.
Since Justin Bieber just recently turned 18, I thought why not make an ice cream to honor all the screaming tweens/teens that love him so…a purple ice cream of course. Just three ingredients and is super easy to make. Sweetened Condensed Milk, Grape Soda, and some Yoplait Blackberry yogurt.
