Okay you. It’s time to get your mega-partay on and we’re gonsta show you how to shake it out in minutes.
And not the sort of minutes wherein you look like you were in a dag-blummed rush. These are Sophia Loren minutes, the sort where-in you end up at the end of the recipe all glitzed up and glamified and serving sparkly food. Aren’t you just purty?! Okay, Turkey-Cranberry Appetizer Pizza, let’s go!
Start with a decent bit of holiday music wafting through the rafters, then nab a tube of Pillsbury Crescent rolls and unroll them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pinch the edges and perforations together. Fill a glass with sparkling cider and take a sip.
The next step to our stylish treat-making here is layers, baby, layers. Place oodles and oodles of thick-sliced deli turkey on top of the crescent rolls.
Then sprinkle with glittery bits of dried cranberries. Attach to earrings, if desired, for a seasonal bit of homemade jewelry. It’s all the rage, girlz. All the rage.
Now, like a good mink stoll, you’re going to top it all off with swiss cheese slices. Smoothy, creamy, swiss cheese slices. Take another sip of your sparkling cider, please. Hydration equals endless beauty, duh. Swiss cheese and sips of cider, they might be, like, a celebrity secret to youth or something.
Now for the intricately woven topper, the piece de la resistance, the butter on your bread. This final step may look tricky, but it’s surprisingly simple, and lends the perfect party-like flair to this easy appetizer.
To finish everything off, you’ll need a second tube of Pillsbury Crescent dough. Unroll, pinch the perforations, then slice into 1/2″ pieces and gently drape the pieces over your cheese, leaving just a very small amount of space (like 1/4″) between each piece of dough. When the final pastry cooks, these little pieces will puff and turn golden brown, creating a beautiful finish to your recipe. Like we said, Sophia Loren kinda hotness awaits you.
Once baked, allow your Turkey-Cranberry Pizza to cool slightly, then slice into triangles, squares, or diamonds. We went with triangles. But, darlin’, diamonds are a girl’s best friend, and now that you’ve got this pretty appetizer pizza served up, everyone is going to want to be your bestie forever. The end. Just toss your hair back, soak in the love, and know you’re worth it.
