I think it’s pretty obvious that these leftover turkey tater sliders are only the most awesome things ever.

Oh hi, delicious leftover garlic mashed potatoes. Nice to see you.

And hello, chopped juice turkey. You’re lookin’ fine.

And bonjour, pungent earthy herbs. I like you.

Oh what’s that, you’re all being mashed together and rolled into little balls of Thanksgiving happiness? I can dig.

And then being lightly crisped in a sauté pan until you’re golden brown with comfort and joy for my mouth? Why, thank you.

And then being slid into a sliced warm dinner roll and topped with a bright cranberry sauce drizzle? Let’s run away together.

No, I’m serious.

Okay, grab all your leftovers! Turkey, taters, rolls, some fresh herbs, and some cranberry sauce. Badda bam.

Give your turkey a gooooood chop. Like, major. Chop, chop, chop.

Dump everything (sans the cranberry sauce and rolls) into a big ol’ bowl.

Mash it all up with your hands, and then form little balls of Thanksgiving memories.

Caaaarefully crisp them in a sauté pan until they’re golden brown all over. They’ll be fragile, so treat them with tender loving care.

Then place each slider on the bottom half of a dinner roll and top with the cranberry sauce. How CUTE is that?

And then you add the top half of the roll, smash it down into a little slider and whuuuuut up.

Get your kids to make these. Tiiiiiiime of their lives. (That way you can concentrate on that Bloody Mary*, I mean, am I right?)
