Party Rainbow Chip - It’s like a party every time you take a bite! Party Rainbow Chip has always been my favorite box cake. I remember asking my mom to make it for several birthdays.  They are really cute as cupcakes. To match the adorable dots inside, I pipe rainbow polka dots on the top.
